Grants, sponsorship & incentives
To ensure Adelaide continues to be a progressive, vibrant and liveable city, Council offers a range of grants, sponsorship and incentives to eligible applicants.
The ARCHI Incentives Scheme has been established to assist projects that deliver additional housing in the City of Adelaide through the adaptive reuse of existing buildings. Eligible projects can receive funding towards feasibility assessments, professional advice and documentation as well as construction works.
