The Capital City Committee Adaptive Re-Use Forum was held on 5 May 2023 in the Banqueting Room in the Adelaide Town Hall. The Forum discussion canvassed mechanisms and incentives to support property owners and developers seeking to increase the supply of housing by converting vacant offices, and above-retail spaces, in the CBD into residential accommodation.
