The Council knows tenants are facing significant challenges in accessing secure, affordable and appropriate housing to rent.

The Council is reviewing its Housing and Homelessness Policies to clarify the role Council can play in all areas of housing.

Council is also analysing housing needs in the city to gather the information it needs to set the right policy.
