The ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ is an internationally recognised framework for promoting individual wellbeing. 

The 5 Ways are: Be Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice, Give and Connect

Each of these areas have been shown by research to have a large and positive impact on people’s wellbeing.
