Wellbeing Month

Wellbeing Month is City of Adelaide’s open access online program, in which city-based community members, groups and organisations can register and deliver activities in October that promote all things wellbeing.

Wellbeing Month activities align to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, as well as several campaigns that run throughout October such as Mental Health Awareness MonthNutrition WeekNature FestivalUnity Week, Walktober SA and Active Ageing Week.

    Research from all over the world shows you can improve your wellbeing and happiness by doing the 5 Ways to Wellbeing as part of your daily and weekly routine. 

    Doing these five actions can help you cope better with stress and to live longer, happier, and healthier, in ways that are good for you and others! So regardless of what your current health or age is, everyone can benefit from giving the 5 Ways to Wellbeing a try. 

    Do them at work, home, or school. All it takes is a little bit of time each day or each week - it’s easier than you think!
