- How many you expect to attend? (this affects the size of room)
- What is the nature of the event? (meeting, cultural gathering, private event)
- What style of function it will be? (sit down, stand-up)
- What facilities you will need? (tables, chairs, whiteboard, visual equipment)
Next steps
- Determine your hire category
- Read and understand the Terms and Conditions.
