Sorry Day is a national event that takes place each year after the tabling of the national ‘Bringing Them Home Report’ in Federal in 1997. The event promotes reconciliation between the public and the Stolen Generations members who were removed and to tell their stories to the help the community to become aware of the Aboriginal hurt in this difficult period of history.
