Best known as a venue for sports, with some hidden remnants of rare native vegetation.
Thousands of students spend their days learning at Adelaide High School but you don't need to be a student to use the sporting facilities in this park.
There are multiple fields for soccer and Aussie rules football, tennis and basketball courts, public outdoor fitness stations and the Park Lands Trail cycling and walking/running trial traversing the park.
