Lord Mayor’s Gala for All Seasons Concert 2014

Adelaide Town Hall will come alive with the sounds of The Band of the South Australia Police and the Poco Tutti choir on Tuesday 8 April at the Lord Mayor’s Gala for All Season’s autumn concert commencing at 12.30pm.

Lord Mayor Stephen Yarwood is encouraging everyone to come along to the concert and enjoy some great music in the beautiful Adelaide Town Hall setting.

“The Band of the South Australia Police is always popular and a guarantees the audience an afternoon of entertainment,” said Stephen.

“The heavenly voices of the Poco Tutti choir will transform the Town Hall with the classic 1980s hit song made famous by Cyndi Lauper True Colours, as well as the popular songs Wind Trilogy by Christina Rosetti and Autumn by Andy Beck, all chosen to be in keeping with the autumnal theme.

“It’s always a great afternoon with something to appeal to all age groups and everyone in the community,” he said.

The concert will be held from 12.30pm to 2.30pm in the Town Hall auditorium and will include a 20 minute interval for tea, coffee and biscuits.

“Seats are selling fast, so get in quick and make sure you join in an afternoon of fun,” Stephen said.

Entry is free for all City of Adelaide residents.
