The Minor Works Building

A unique community building with spaces for hire

The Minor Works Building, within the Ergo Apartments is located just off of Stamford Court, between Sturt Street and Wright Street. The two storey building is owned by City of Adelaide and was originally part of Council’s old Sturt Street Depot, a two storey warehouse built for the City Engineer’s Department in 1939.
