The Adelaide Central Market

The Adelaide Central Market is the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. With dozens of fantastic stalls including greengrocers, butchers, cafes, bakeries, cheesemongers, seafood, speciality foods and retail goods, there’s something for everyone here.

Gilles at the Grounds

The Gilles at the Grounds market is uniquely focussed on fashion and accessories. More than 90 stalls are comprised of vintage, retail clearance, designer samples, new designers all selling their wares. A visit to this market is nicely complemented by the presence of DJs and delicious food stalls.

Seasonal Markets

Other markets worth a look are the Ebenezer Night Markets and North Terrace Night Markets. Each runs throughout the warmer months of the year, selling a selection of local goods and wonderful food. This is most often accompanied by light entertainment, be it in the form of live music, buskers, or DJs.
