Key to the City
The Key to the City is the highest honour Council can bestow on a group or individual.
The Key to the City is presented by the Lord Mayor to an individual or group to acknowledge and recognise their outstanding contribution to the city of Adelaide.

The Order of Australia Nomination form is acknowledged as the basis of this application.
Nominations are confidential and under no circumstances will the Nominee be contacted directly by City of Adelaide staff for any information.
Please note that you are not allowed to nominate a family member, relative or employer for an Award.
All nominations need two supporters and two referees. As the primary supporter, you will need their contact details for completing this form. Both supporters and referees may be contacted by City of Adelaide staff to discuss the nomination further.
