In August 2015, retail consultant David West shared a range of options to the Market District Reference Group to start a conversation around what might be possible.
In April 2016, to continue the conversation, Gordon Reid shared his experience managing, coordinating and marketing mainstreets and districts. Gordon is a UK expert that has worked in the CBD/main street regeneration and management sector since 1987. He has been CEO of the Edinburgh and Manchester centre management companies, city centre manager of Oxford and Dundee, and an active member of the Association of Town & City Management.
