Lose your shoes and find your zen. Connect your body and mind with the practice of mediation and yoga in the most serene spots in the Adelaide Park Lands.
Healthy Market Guide
Fight those chocolate cravings and resist the call of fried chicken! The new season is the perfect time to pick up beautiful fresh produce - your body will thank you.
Adelaide Central Market is the best place to find an array of colourful foods, fresh from the farm. We’ve compiled a guide to some of our favourite stalls and shops in the market and Central Market Arcade to help you take a fresh approach to the kitchen.
Transform Your Travel
It’s a whole lot easier to get yourself moving in the morning if there’s a coffee to entice you. Give your daily commute to the city an overhaul by turning it into an active adventure. If the gym isn’t your thing, then incidental activity can be key to keeping yourself fit, happy and healthy. Walk, cycle, run, skip or sashay your way to these morning and afternoon CBD pit stops.
