Mental Health Week

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Let’s take care of it together.

The City of Adelaide supports a range of events and activities for Mental Health Week during October every year. 

Free Meditation Sessions

Learn meditation techniques designed to unlock your potential, enhance mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing and relax the body and mind.

  • North Adelaide: Thursdays 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Free, North Adelaide Community Centre. Event details

Free Fitness 

Exercise can have a big impact on your mental health. Make the most of the free work out equipment, courts and running tracks in the fresh air of the Adelaide Park Lands. The serene sights, sounds, smells of nature while you exercise, make it all the more appealing to pop by on the weekend or even on your way home.
