Mind your health with more than 10 events and activities across the city this October. The City of Adelaide supports a range of events and activities for Mental Health Week during October every year.
Festival of Now
Attractions at the festival include live music and performance, free food, peer sharing circles, arts and crafts, animals and face painting. Head to Light Square on Friday 12 October for this free event!
Through the Lens
An exhibition celebrating the skills of older South Australians through the art of photography. Available to view in the exhibition spaces of the City Library from Thursday 4th October.
Free Meditation Sessions
Learn meditation techniques designed to unlock your potential, enhance mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing and relax the body and mind.

Exercise can have a big impact on your mental health. Make the most of the free work out equipment, courts and running tracks in the fresh air of the Adelaide Park Lands. The serene sights, sounds, smells of nature while you exercise, make it all the more appealing to pop by on the weekend or even on your way home.
The Adelaide Town Hall and Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga fountain will be illuminated in green to raise awareness of the fantastic work of Headspace in providing mental and health wellbeing support and services to young people and their families across Australia.Back to Top
