Book a Hutt Street Room
- Seats 20 in theatre style and 16 in boardroom style.
- Equipped with a datascreen projector, DVD, video, sound system, electronic whiteboard, fold-up tables and stackable chairs.
- This room can cater for a diverse range of events including professional presentations, yoga classes, craft groups, art classes and workshops.

A small kitchenette is available and is equipped with a sink, microwave and fridge. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are also available upon request at no extra charge. All food and beverage required for functions must be supplied by the Hirer. All dishes must be washed, dried and returned to the area they were removed from, immediately following the function.
All fees and charges for the use of the Centre including room hire and equipment are reviewed and set annually by Council and all fees are set in line with the running costs of the Centre.

Regular bookings of the Centre by a Hirer must be approved by Council on an individual basis and hire fees and insurance requirements for regular and ongoing users are to be set by Council in negotiation with each group. Regular bookings may only be made 3 months in advance only and must be limited to a maximum of 1 booking per week, 4 hours total, unless otherwise approved by Council.

By completing this form you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the Room Booking Terms and Conditions. You will not be required to complete and return a Hiring Agreement if you use the online Room Booking Form.

Please note that all booking requests must be made at least 5 business days before the intended date of booking.
Tentative bookings are held for a maximum of 5 business days, after which time the Hirer must confirm or Council will cancel the booking.Back to Top
