Change your rates details

If you have moved or changed your contact details, you will need to let us know so we can update our records for your rates correspondence.

You can also change your postal address if your rates payments are managed by someone else, such as a real estate agent.

You can let us know your details have changed using our online change your rates detail form.

When you let us know about your change of postal address you will need to provide:

the address of the property you are updating and, if you have it, the assessment number
your new postal address
your name, email address and phone number.

Once you have submitted your request we will update your details within 15 business days.
