What is the Adelaide Rewards Program?
The Adelaide Rewards Program is a scheme which entitles eligible city residents to take advantage of benefits from a range of Council businesses and services.
Who is eligible?
If you live within the postcode area of 5000 or 5006 and fall into one of the following groups, you are eligible to join the Adelaide Rewards Program:
- residential property owners living in the city
- occupiers of rateable residential properties in the city, including tenants
- students living in the city, including in University Houses, Boarding Houses and Apartments.
What are the benefits?
When you present any form of identification documents that include a residential address within the postcode area of 5000 or 5006, you will receive:
- 50% off mulches (excludes shop items, plants, and compost) and free dumping of green waste (limit: four trailer loads per rate notice, per year) at the Nursery Green Waste Recycling Centre
- 20% discount on photocopies over $2.00 at the Libraries and Community Centres.

Please note: The City of Adelaide reserves the right to alter, remove or suspend any of the rewards and/or benefits applicable to the Reward Program at any time, and without prior notification to the Reward Program Member.
How do I join?
No formal registration is needed to join the program. If you are a city resident, simply present any form of identification documents that include a residential address within the postcode area of 5000 or 5006 at the point of sale to receive resident's benefits. Please note that the benefits cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer, unless specified.
