Powerline Clearance Declaration Form  (281Kb)

Required form for applicants to confirm their development will meet the safe clearances from overhead powerlines; includes guide.

Construction Industry Training Levy Form

The levy is payable on all building or construction work (including maintenance) with a value over $40,000 and is put towards industry training. Payment can be made via the Board's online payment system; printed forms are available (in person) from Council's Customer Service Centre, or CITB offices (5 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA).
