Development Applications on Public Notification
The process of public notification allows adjoining or nearby property owners, and others, the opportunity to look at a proposed development, consider the likely impacts the proposal may have on them and provide comment (either positive or negative) about the proposal prior to a decision being made.
Should you require more information about the public notification process please see the 'Public Notification and Your Role' and 'Non-Complying Development'.
To view Plans on Public Notification please read Terms and Conditions below.
Should you have trouble accessing the current Development Applications on Public Notification above, you can request a copy of the plans from Council whilst the proposal is still on public notification.
To do so, please e-mail Council requesting a copy of the plans in accordance with Development Regulation 34 (2) and (3) with your name, affected address, postal address, e-mail and contact details and the assessing officer will arrange a copy of the plans to be e-mailed to you.
