City Skate Park Temporary Closure

The City Skate Park will temporarily close from 11th of August until 8th September 2014.

The closure will provide access to the adjacent site to enable site testing and survey to occur ahead of University of Adelaide building and construction works expected to commence soon.

During the closure University of South Australia will also conduct survey and testing works on the City Skate site to ensure this is the only closure during City of Adelaide’s lease period.

City Skate Park will reopen on completion of the site survey and testing, and remain open until February 2015 when City of Adelaide’s lease expires.

City of Adelaide continues to work closely with the State Government to confirm a suitable location for the new skate park.
