Adventures for the Whole Family

{alt_text}

There’s too much fun stuff happening to even think about hiding away this winter. We've trawled the city to find the best adventures to keep the whole family entertained!

Street Art Excursions

Move over New York, Lonely Planet has named Adelaide among the world’s best street art cities. We are so proud of the creativity in the city which is literally brightening up the streets and laneways. Why not combine getting active (and warm) and your creative curiosity by wandering the city and discovering some street art gems?

Notable spots are the Morphett Street Bridge, Little Rundle Street and Gresham Place.

A Balmy Paddle

Adelaide Aquatic Centre

Fitzroy Terrace & Jeffcott Road, North Adelaide

Website

Escape the cold and bask in the balmy warmth of the Adelaide Aquatic Centre. Paddle around with your water babies in the Leisure Pool. Water slides are open 10:00am-6:30pm during the school holidays and are always a crowd pleaser. The Hammerhead inflatable also makes an appearance every day of the school holidays from 12pm-4pm in the dive pool. If you aren’t tuckered out after splashing around, head to the Bush Magic Playground on Jeffcott Street for a fun bonus adventure.

If your kiddies are looking to fast track their confidence in and out of the pool, check out the Intensive Learn to Swim Program. There are loads of levels available so these programs cater for wherever your tot is at.
