Soul Food

{alt_text}

There's nothing like a good feed to warm the soul. Here are some must-visit spots that are guaranteed to give you the warm and fuzzies.

Luigi’s Delicatessen

151 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000

Website

Luigi's Delicatessen is a little nook across the road from St Paul’s. Start with some antipasto while you soak up the sunshine. Luigi whips up fresh pasta in-house daily which comes to life in classic dishes like the crab spaghetti cooked in sugo and chilli or a cabonara. If you are feeling adventurous, you'll also find five pasta specials scribbled across their chalkboard.

KIN KIN Thai Eatery

4/242 Hutt Street, Adelaide SA 5000

Website

Visiting KIN KIN Thai Eatery is as good as a holiday! The authentic traditional and street food dishes will immediately transport you to the streets of Thailand. If you can’t decide what your heart desires (i.e. all the things), just say ‘pin-to’, which means food carrier, and the hospitable staff will whip you up a feast!

Bread & Bone

15 Peel Street, Adelaide SA 5000

Website

And sometimes, only a burger will do. Bread & Bone aren't serving up any regular ol' burgers though - the secret to their deliciousness all comes from the wood grill. If you are fully committing to a serious feed, Bread & Bone Wood Grill also dish up a mean steak, ribs and fried chicken. There are also plenty of options that will delight herbivores including a quinoa and lentil burger, mushroom croquettes and a fab pesto haloumi.
