Free Art Classes

The Art Gallery of South Australia is nurturing the creativity of little minds with ‘Start at the Gallery’. Each month there is an introduction to art event for children aged 3-12 and their families. Live performances, tours and art activities on the theme of the current exhibitions.

Dream BIG

Dream Big Children’s Festival offers inspiring arts experiences for little and young people. The program is packed full of performances, exhibitions, workshops and activities themed around People Together. There are oodles of free events available alongside ticketed options.

The Science of Super-Heroes

Ever wondered if you might get super powers or if Superman could really lift that car? Visit the City Library for science club and find out about the science behind what makes people super! Little heroes must be booked in and accompanied by an adult.

Adelaide Busking and Food Truck Festival

Light Square will be taken over by sweet sounds and delicious smells for this multi-day festival! This is the perfect day out for kids with plenty to entertain: rides, silent disco and tons of games. Meanwhile a bar, food trucks and buskers will provide entertainment for the grown ups.
