Join us in going green by switching to paperless billing!

Now you can register to receive your next rates notice(s) electronically via email. Not only will we reduce our paper usage and carbon footprint together, it also ensures you have quick and easy access to your rates notice(s).

Getting started

You will first need to create an account with City of Adelaide before registering for eRates notice(s). Creating an account is quick and easy.

To register for eRates, you will need to have your most recent quarterly rates notice.

You will require the assessment number and balance payable.

Step 1
To create your City of Adelaide My Account - click here*.

All eRates notice(s) will be sent to the email address used to create your City of Adelaide My Account.

If you already have an account with City of Adelaide, log in to register to receive eRates notice(s).

Step 2
Once you’ve created your account, you will receive a verification email in your inbox. Verify your email address by clicking on the provided link to complete the account creation process.

Step 3
Once the verification is complete you will be directed to the eRates registration page. Referring to your most recent rates notice, enter the assessment number and balance payable into the fields shown on the web page (s) and follow the prompts to complete the registration. 

All eRates notice(s) will be sent to the email address used to create your City of Adelaide My Account.

Step 4

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a verification email in your inbox. Please action this to complete your eRates registration. 

Your registration process is now complete. You will now start receiving all future rates notice(s) electronically using the email address used to create your City of Adelaide My Account.

The registration process will automatically close fourteen (14) days prior to the issue date of the rates notice(s).

If the registration or amendment has not been received in time for when the next notice is issued, you will automatically receive your rates notice(s) by post.
