Research & Medical Precinct
The state-of-the-art Royal Adelaide Hospital, due for completion in 2016, will join the brand new $200 million SAHMRI health and medical research centre.
Next door, $160 million is being invested in the largest health and biomedical precinct in the southern hemisphere. These two additional buildings will house a new medical school for the University of Adelaide and a Centre for Cancer Biology attached to the University of South Australia.
This ambitious medical research cluster will draw international scientific expertise and associated services into the northwest corner of the city.Back to Top
