Adelaide City Government hopes to further promote this beautiful city and its unique charm to the world based on the existing international relations.

The International Promoter Project (or IPP) aims to promote Adelaide's publicity in life, education, investment, and tourism by creating a network of residents with international background in Adelaide, thereby promoting business in this city The community has strong links with sister cities and major international markets.

Adelaide is a multicultural city. 44.2% of the residents here were born overseas. Among them, China, the United Kingdom and Malaysia are the main countries of birth. In view of this, the city government hopes to actively cooperate with business people in this city, which not only supports the local business development of the enterprise, but also promotes the further integration of Adelaide with the international market.

This project can bring many benefits to Adelaide's cities, businesses and investors. Members of the facilitator program will receive valuable advice from the city government and share experiences and messages by building peer networks. Having an advocacy group that actively promotes Adelaide to the world will also make Adelaide a thriving city. Members of this project will not hold any office in Adelaide City Council. As an active advocate of the city, membership is an honorary position.

Adelaide City Council will hold two information briefings on the IPP project in 2020 to provide participants with the latest information on investment opportunities in Adelaide. Attendees can communicate with the mayor and city council members at the scene, and will receive promotional materials from Adelaide to learn more about investment opportunities in Adelaide and how to get support from the city government.

The IPP project is a way to promote Adelaide's integration with the global market, strive to expand the export effect, and show the world the highlights of Adelaide's living, education, investment and tourism. The Adelaide City Government hopes to create a lasting and stable business-to-business connection, and through the establishment of a business network, it will help Adelaide's enterprises to develop overseas and bring measurable benefits to the city.

The IPP project will further leverage the work of Adelaide's international and diverse business community to bring international delegations to Adelaide to encourage investment and development.
