Charles Street & Charles Place vehicle access

To be eligible for a Charles Street and Charles Place vehicle access permit you must be loading and unloading goods to businesses along Charles Street and within Charles Place, for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Access to Charles Place may be required for various reasons. In limited circumstances, the City of Adelaide may consider granting additional time in excess of 30 minutes. For example, a removalist requiring access to a property or building.

One-off or short-term access may be permitted to provide tradespeople with access to businesses for approved works.

This permit does not provide access into Rundle Mall.

Once issued, all permits are subject to certain rules and conditions.
