Giant Christmas Tree

Soaring 25 metres into the sky, Adelaide’s Giant Christmas Tree is back this year in Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga.

Giant Christmas Tree Lighting

With 13,616 individually programmable LED lights, the Giant Christmas Tree is transformed into a dazzling light display each night of the city’s Christmas festival.

Lighting information:

  • From 17 November 2021 to 4 January 2022
  • Lighting takes place from 8:00 pm to 2:30 am
  • Light display loop lasts 10 minutes

The fountains will be on for the kids to splash in on a hot summer’s night under the Christmas lights.
