Swim School
Swim School offers a range of learning and development programs, catering appropriately for all ages and abilities, seven days a week.
We promote water awareness, confidence, mobility, safety, stroke development and fitness.
Highly qualified and experienced instructors teach in a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Equipment is provided for the lesson.
A quality learning experience is guaranteed with:

Levels
| Babies and Toddlers | |
| Our babies and toddlers are aimed at learning and developing the basic knowledge and skills required by parents to assist children with their development. | |

Aqua Play (with parent) |
Water familiarisation, entering and exiting the pool, kicking with aids, blowing bubbles. |
|
Turtles |
Submerging head in water, star floats, kicking with aids, return to standing with aids. |
| Juniors | |
| Our junior classes are held in the Octopool and focus on learning and developing propulsive skills. Classes run for 30 minutes with exception of Dolphins which run for 45 minutes. Please see the timetable for full details. These levels are as follows: | |
| Platypus | Star floats front and back, torpedo kicking, retrieving an object from chest deep water. |
| Octopus | Mushroom floats, swimming freestyle and backstroke for 10 metres with a kickboard with correct technique. |
| Seals | Swimming freestyle and backstroke for 20 metres independently with correct timing and breathing. Survival backstroke kick with a kickboard |
| Yabbies | Freestyle and backstroke for 50 metres, survival backstroke for 25 metres and breaststroke kick. |
| Dolphins | Full stroke, breaststroke, freestlye and backstroke for 100 metres. Sidestroke and survival backstroke for 50 metres, somersaults. |
| Advanced | |
| Advanced classes are taught in the Main Pool and are focused on performance, development, endurance and technique. These levels are as follows: | |
| Bronze | 800 - 1000 metres covered during training, incorporating freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and introduction to butterfly and tumble turns. |
| Silver | 1000 - 1500 metres covered during training, incorporating freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, racing starts, turns and finishes. |
| Gold | 1500 - 2000 metres covered during training incorporating freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, reading programs using the swim clock and time trials. |
| Adults | Building confidence, floating with/without assistance, freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. |

Please call in or phone the Centre between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday to find out current term availability of classes. Please note that full course payment is required at the time of enrolling in order to secure your booking. Places cannot be held without payment.
Payment can be made in person at our new Customer Service Centre by EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque. Telephone payments can only be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
Families with three or more children will receive a 10% discount off the third and any subsequent enrolments in the family.
