Early Bird Times and Prices
The following applies to all UPark car parks that offer Early Bird parking:
Entry: Before 8:30am.
Exit: See below for details.
Prepay: Enter before 8.30am, prepay before 8.45am (stay until midnight). Available at Rundle, Topham and Wyatt.

$3 Nighttime Parking
Flat evening parking rates at UParks Central Market, Grote, Frome, Pirie/Flinders, Rundle, Topham and Wyatt.
Disabled Parking
UPark disabled parking vouchers can be obtained from the Adelaide City Council.
Bicycle Parking
All UParks offer the use of free, undercover bike racks for cyclists. Cyclists will need to provide own security i.e. bike lock.
Alternatively, bike cage facilities are available at UPark Topham and Wyatt at a cost of $20 per month, per cage. Cages are accessible using a swipe card.
Similarly, bike lockers (yellow lock-up boxes) are available at UPark Rundle, Central Market, Gawler Place, Grenfell and Wyatt at a cost of $11 per month. Lockers are accessible using a key.
Motorcycle and Scooter Parking
Grenfell, Grote, Topham and Central Market UParks offer parking for motorcycles and scooters for only $3.50 per day.
Go Green
All Uparks and Council facilities are powered by 50% renewable energy. In addition, Rundle Upark has a 50kw solar photovoltaic installation which powers the Rundle Lantern. Also, energy saving units at Topham, Rundle and Wyatt are reducing energy use by 12%. The City Council is committed to reducing 60% of its carbon emissions by 2012.
