Botanic Gardens
Situated within easy walking distance of Rundle Mall, the Botanic Gardens recently celebrated its 150th birthday and are a much loved part of the City of Adelaide.
Providing a peaceful haven, the Gardens include both native and exotic plants, such as Amazon Waterlilies and the Wollemi pine).
Various scientific and educational displays complete the garden, with tropical rainforest in the Bicentennial Conservatory, the grand Victorian Palm house and the recently restored Museum of Economic Botany.Temporary art exhibitions with an agricultural theme are also on display.
Guided walks occur at 10.30am daily.
