UniSA was founded on 1 January 1991 through the amalgamation of the South Australian Institute of Technology and the Magill, Salisbury and Underdale campuses of the South Australian College of Advanced Education. In May 2006, The Heinz School began operations at a new location in Adelaide, Australia, which will serve as the school’s Asia Pacific education base. The Heinz School in Australia is located in Adelaide’s Victoria Square,
in the City’s central business district.
