Residential Colleges
Residential colleges provide a supported living and learning environment which aims to allow students to focus and excel in their studies.
Whilst providing simple and safe accommodation, most colleges also provide the majority of meals for residents, allowing more time to focus on the things that are important.
Colleges are also highly sought after by students seeking the opportunity to expand their social networks, meeting other students from similar backgrounds through a variety of organised programs which include sport, drama, debating and other extra curricular activities.
From an academic perspective, colleges also provide a range of on-site academic and tutorial support for their students. It is for this reason, colleges pride themselves on a high level of academic success.
More than half of the City’s college accommodation is used by students from rural and regional areas of Australia studying in a diverse range of faculties in the City.
The City’s five main residential colleges are located in North Adelaide and are easily accessible to all main city campuses, within about 10 minutes walk from the CBD.
